Tiny Tumblers (20 to 30 months old w/Parent, 35 minutes):  An active parent and child class providing lifelong benefits with spatial development, kinesthetic awareness, self confidence, greater listening skills, and the ability to perform simple to multi directional motor skills

Mini-buffs (2½-3½ yrs old, 45 minutes):  An active class reinforcing physical and social independence through basic movement education.  Instructors prompt children to perform and solve simple motors skills that develop fine and large motor groups.  Parents presence is required and some parents may be asked to assist.

Tumble Buffs (3½-4½ yrs. old, 45 minutes):  An introduction to tumbling with a greater use of the most innovative gymnastics equipment.  The program will strengthen a child’s motor development and improve their stamina through physical obstacle courses which motivate physical fitness and reinforce the childrens’s ability to follow directions and work with peers

Mighty Mights (4½-5½ yrs. old, 60 minutes):  This program reinforces and refines the objectives in the previous program.  Emphasis is placed on the child’s ability to complete and mange simple to more complex tasks independently.  Basic gymnastic movement and simple combinations are taught to strengthen a child’s fitness ability and encourage positive social behavior through a series of specialized progression.

Gym Fit (4 to 5 yrs. old 60 minutes):  A special performance class of selected more developed youngsters who exhibit exceptional talent in motor development and gymnastic skills.  Classes will concentrate on greater use of gymnastic equipment and prepare the child for higher level gymnastic activity.

Beginner / Adv. Beginner (6-10 yrs, 75 minutes): Beginners learn the basic principles in tumbling, balancing, and simple skills and combinations on gymnastic apparatus.   The more advanced beginners work through a progressive set of skills leading to more difficult movement on all apparatus.

Intermediate (6-11 yrs, 90 minutes):  A well rounded program geared for the highly motivated individual.  The United States Gymnastics Federation program will be implemented.  This class will prepare an individual for future gymnastics competition and sharpen athletic ability for organized sports.  Two day programs are available
