What we work on:

· Flexibility and stretch:  increase range of motion, develop efficient use of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints

 

· Aerobic exercise:  Progressive calisthenics and dance exercise, increase stamina and build muscle and cardio endurance

 

· Weight training:  utilize weights, props, and selective equipment to develop muscle strength, agility, and coordination
